Okay wow! So I know I just up and left my photography blog to it’s lonesome. I have a bunch of excuses/reasons. Okay so basically after these last 2 shoots (which are pretty old) I kind of put my camera on the shelf and occupied myself with lots of other things. Fixing up our apartment, getting things ready for our first baby, re-kindling old relationships here at home, cooking, baking, laundry, church/youth, started a Bible study with beloved girlfriends of mine, reading books, and a lot more actually!
Now, I haven’t entirely left photography as a whole. Because these past 4 months I have been thinking about it almost everyday. Being that I have been doing all that I listed above while being pregnant I basically don’t have as much energy as I normally do. So I haven’t been on my feet shooting much but I have been praying and thinking about where I should go with the whole photography thing. Picking photographer and friend’s brain, Jeniel of Jeniel Corpuz Photography, I have determined that I should really educate myself more before diving right in. While continually being hands on with why I am doing what I am doing in the first place. Using my camera to take great shots! Because I love it! Not because I need a business to generate income. That will come in due time I suppose. But I have been looking at many different things such as the knowledge of “graphing light,” equipment, the legality of it all, website designs, what my business would offer, my own look and feel, etc. etc. etc. So I am going to be more so low key keeping it as a hobby and if the Lord should allow me to “go bigger” then I will move on. In the mean time I am loving learning, shooting random subjects here and there, and getting to know the ins and outs of it all.
So what now? Well being that our son is due in a month and half, I have decided to put this blog and other endeavors to “make it big” real soon on the shelf. I will however continue to upload pictures onto facebook because I will no doubt still be using my camera! Especially if I will continue to learn more and more about it all. I am also planning to start a more personal blog with tumblr. Not just photography but my little outlet for all the little things going on.
SO without further a due, the last 2 shoots that I was able to do. All before Christmas of ’09. These are just some faves. The first batch are of Eva [Newborn]. Her parents were the entry before this one from their maternity shoot when she was still in the belly 
And the 2nd batch are of the Regozo’s [Family]. It was a very difficult day to take pictures but we managed to get a few good ones.
